Desmond Duguay
Desmond Duguay is the Designated Broker and Owner of Amnet Realty in Turner, ME. Desmond has great knowledge of his market having grown up in Turner and graduating from Leavitt Area High School in 2000. Desmond later graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics.
After graduating college Desmond began cementing his foundation in the real estate industry as a Loan Officer with American Mortgage Market, Inc. and later helping build Amnet Realty from the ground up as he transitioned from a Loan Officer to successful REALTOR. Desmond strives to be one of the top individual REALTORS in the State of Maine year after year. Desmond has represented the Androscoggin Valley Board of REALTORS as President and Treasurer for the Mountains to Shore Board of REALTORS. Presently Desmond volunteers as a Director for Maine Listings.
While Desmond has a strong passion for the real estate industry he also has a deep love for his family and his wife Amy Duguay, a local kindergarten teacher at Turner Primary School. Desmond and Amy have been blessed with their two children, Brooks and Remi. When Desmond takes a break from helping his clients achieve the “American Dream”, he and his family enjoy soaking in all that the beautiful State of Maine has to offer. From skiing with friends at Sugarloaf, to snowmobiling and hunting in remote areas of Northern Maine, Desmond, Amy, and family live life to the fullest and appreciate each day they have together in this wonderful state.

Desmond is great! Plain and simple. My wife and I were moving from out of state and didn’t know the area at all. Desmond discussed the good areas and was very transparent about the areas around the houses that we found. We looked for quite a while and he never had any issue showing us a house/property. I appreciated the way that he looked at a house over FaceTime with us, as if he were looking at it for himself. He never pushed us to go after any house and had a great amount of knowledge for what houses may end up going for; enabling us to put forth a competitive offer without going way over what the other prospective buyers were bidding. We had a couple of unsuccessful offers due to the market, but in the case end, one of our offers was accepted at list price. I greatly appreciate Desmond and his team and we could not have made this happen without his team and assistance. His father is also a mortgage broker, so it was a one stop shop once I reached out to Desmond. I would recommend him and his team to anyone in state or out of state. He’s very honest.
